I usually answer with another question.

As hybrid work and changing employee expectations redefine the modern office, organisations are investing in workplaces that foster collaboration, wellbeing, and adaptability.
At Albans, we've never started a project by asking, "What furniture should go here?" Instead, we ask, "How can this space help people think, collaborate, and perform at their best?" That single question influences every decision we make.
For me, great design is purposeful and adaptable. Technology should be intuitive, supporting people rather than competing for their attention.
