ORGATEC India celebrates the forefront of workplace design, innovation, and future-ready solutions. To honour exhibitors who are shaping the next era of work environments, we’re excited to introduce the ORGATEC India Excellence Awards 2025 — acknowledging exceptional achievements across three key categories.
All exhibitors are invited to submit nominations for their most outstanding product(s).
This category celebrates originality, creativity, and forward-thinking design in products that transform how people work, collaborate, and experience their environments.
Judges will look for:
A fresh approach to design, functionality, or user experience.
Clear problem-solving intent — addressing modern workplace needs in a unique way.
Integration of new materials, design concepts, or ergonomics that enhance productivity and comfort.
A strong value proposition that distinguishes it from existing market solutions.
Examples: New-age furniture concepts, adaptable workspace systems, modular or multifunctional designs, or design-driven innovations enhancing well-being.
This category recognizes products that demonstrate a commitment to environmental responsibility and circular design principles.
Judges will look for:
Use of eco-friendly, recycled, or renewable materials.
Demonstrable efforts in energy efficiency, waste reduction, or resource conservation during production or product lifecycle.
Design for longevity — products built for durability, repairability, or recyclability.
Transparency in sourcing, processes, or certifications (e.g., LEED, Cradle to Cradle, BIFMA LEVEL, etc.).
Examples: Products made from reclaimed materials, carbon-neutral manufacturing processes, biodegradable components, or designs that minimize environmental impact.
This category honours products that harness technology to redefine the modern workspace — improving efficiency, connectivity, and user experience.
Judges will look for:
Smart integration — IoT, automation, AI, or digital interfaces that enhance usability.
Performance impact — measurable benefits in energy use, comfort, or operational productivity.
Ease of use and scalability for various workspace settings.
Innovative hardware, software, or hybrid systems that address contemporary workplace challenges.
Examples: Sensor-based furniture, digital workplace tools, lighting automation, acoustic control systems, or tech-enabled workspace management solutions.
Provide a brief product overview (max 200 words) describing its features, uniqueness, and relevance to the category.
Attach high-resolution images, videos, or supporting documents (if available).
Submit your nomination by 30th October 2025.
Winners will be announced onsite during ORGATEC India 2025.
