GCCs to Lease 40-45% of Total Office Space in India This Year
New Delhi, December 9, 2024: It is projected that Global Capability Centers (GCCs) will lease 40-45 per cent of total office space in India this year, expanding to over 1,900 centers supporting 2 million professionals by 2025. The projection comes with the launch of ORGATEC India, a landmark event focusing on workspace design, furniture, and technology, by Koelnmesse India Scheduled to debut from November 4th–6th, 2025, at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai, ORGATEC India will bring together global and local leaders to explore business opportunities, foster connections, and showcase innovations shaping the future of workspaces.
